Prep Hockey Program

Paramount Sport Management

Our goal is the player’s development.
So that they’re prepared for the next step in their “Marathon”

The King Heights Academy Prep Hockey Team is powered by Paramount Sport Management and is designed to take elite athletes to the next level in a team environment. Prep team players have daily team practices on ice and fitness practices off ice in conjunction with their academic schedules.

We aim to instil the qualities of hard work, consistency, passion, goal setting, and time management into our players while giving them the tools they need to excel in the sport of hockey. Our coaching staff is dedicated to improving the team’s development and technical skills through practices, games, and tournaments.

The Canadian Sport School Hockey League’s mission is to be national leaders in education-based hockey, using skill development programs, strength and conditioning exercises, off-ice seminars, and daily practices. The league is specifically designed for elite-level athletes, in hopes of helping them increase their hockey skills both on and off the ice, as well as providing them with competition and exposure. The CSSHL is an accredited school sanctioned by Hockey Canada and follows provincial guidelines.

During the 2023-2024 season, the CSSHL will feature 26 accredited schools/schools with residence and 94 teams in eight different divisions. Their goal is to create a competitive environment for athletes who share the values of sportsmanship, citizenship, academic excellence, and hockey development.
